The house is situated on a Burren hillside on it's own landscaped garden, the house is designed to provide a view of Galway Bay or the Burren from all windows. The attic studio & Gallery provides a haven for creative work or relaxation.

The west-facing conservatory overlooks the Atlantic ocean providing spectacular views at sunset. The interior has been decorated with a timber and slate theme, designer curtains which creates a stunning ambiance.
